Meeting Facilitation, Strategy, Meaningful Conversations

The cornerstone of Krios Consulting’s reputation has come from providing effective and thoughtful facilitation for meetings, retreats, and other stakeholder gatherings. We are often called in to assist organizations with conversations leading to a better understanding of how to move forward with strategies. Whether assessing a business case or diving into soft-skills in relation to employee engagement, Krios has a track-record of providing solid, unflinching, guidance through facilitation, coaching, and meeting design.

Krios takes pride in its guided and impactful facilitation practice. Our consultants are trained in the Liberating Structures methodology. Liberating Structures are easy-to-learn microstructures that enhance relational coordination and trust. They quickly foster lively participation in groups of any size, making it possible to truly include and unleash everyone. Liberating Structures are a disruptive innovation that can replace more controlling or constraining approaches.

Since 2017, Krios Consulting has dedicated the bulk of our time to the science of positive psychology and the work of NY Times best selling author and researcher Shawn Achor. Through a unique partnership with Achor and the International Thought Leader Network (ITLN) we have helped to pioneer presenting this groundbreaking work in keynote addresses, workshops, and coaching all over the globe.

Our own program using the science of positive psychology, GRATEFUL LOGIC™, brings together the research of Shawn Achor, Barbara Fredrickson, Sonja Lyubormirsky, Martin Seligman and others to create a highly engaging and effective cultural refresh from the perspective of employee happiness and wellbeing.

Retention Logic™ is our response to the windstorm of changes to the workforce after Covid 19. The challenges presented by this pandemic are having lasting impacts on our ability to attract, retain, and sustain employees.

This program uses the latest research and best practices in employee attraction, engagement, retention, and advancement to provide real world tools for HR professionals in how to respond effectively to the post-Covid workforce.

Change Logic™ is our program built on decades of work assisting organizations and business around the world in becoming change-ready.

The foundation of Change Logic™ is built on the work of Professor John Kotter from Harvard. Kotter’s seminal work on the subject is still relevant and effective twenty years after publishing Leading Change. Krios Consulting worked closely with Dr. Kotter in developing and deploying his Leading Bold Change program. We have extended the program to bring in the latest research and best practices from other authors and organizations around the globe.

Ethical Logic™ represents our latest deep dive into an important subject for businesses, organizations, and governments. Every organization must have a clearly defined set of values and help employees match those values for themselves.

This program examines ethics from a personal and organizational perspective, providing a process for understanding our own ethical values and how they interact with those of the organization where we work.

Visit our Ethical Logic™ page for more information or to take one of our ethics surveys.

Innovate Logic™ is our program based on decades of research on organizations that succeed (and fail) with innovation. We lean heavily on the work of Professors Vijay Govindarajan and Chris Trimble from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth while pulling in other prominent innovation experts.
