Bill Palladino - Founder and Principal Consultant
Bill found his way to business development and consulting through his first career within the public broadcasting system. A trained journalist and broadcast engineer, Palladino managed his first radio station by the age of 27 and quickly became known to his peers as someone capable of seeing creative solutions to problems and challenges.
Bill launched Lost City Communications, (the company that would later become Krios,) in 1989 originally providing support to public broadcasting stations and producers in grant proposal writing and facilities design. From there he worked for a federal program (SBA) running Small Business & Technology Development Centers in Michigan.
Bill's specialties are ideation, strategic planning, change management, meeting facilitation, and public speaking. In his private life he is an avid bicycle racer and outdoorsman, splitting his time between living in Traverse City, Michigan, Bozeman, Montana and Dallas, Texas. In 2006 he was recruited by friends at the International Speakers Bureau in Dallas, Texas to help start ISB Worldwide, a corporate learning solutions company. Bill has the role of EVP for Business Results at ISB, and the two companies partner regularly to provide their shared clients with lasting solutions to challenging issues. Bill serves on several nonprofit boards, including: The Michigan Land Use Institute, Interlochen Public Radio Community Advisory Board, SEEDS, Broke Spoke Bicycle Cooperative, and others.
Palladino's undergraduate work was in Journalism and Mass Communications at North Dakota State University in Fargo, and Herbert Lehman College in New York. He also is a graduate of the Mini MBA for Nonprofits program from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. He continues his professional development by working directly with the world's most renowned thought leaders.

an engineer by training, and a natural strategic facilitator. He has been
creating the environment for individuals and groups to do their best thinking,
see possibilities, and make high quality decisions for over 15 years. He

The entrepreneurial tug led Jonathan away from the corporate world after only 4 years as an employee, and he’s never looked back. He built his consultancy on asking smart questions, getting to the heart of the issue, identifying creative possibilities, and guiding clients to select the best solution for them. Early on he learned the importance of defining one’s niche and has continually refined what he does best.
Jonathan continues the tradition of strategically facilitating others towards clarity and purpose in multiple realms -- business, personal, and engineering. He stands out from the crowd in many ways – in stature and voice, by creating community, valuing others, bringing energy, enthusiasm and insight to his clients.
